Terms & conditions
Our service terms, prices, payment arrangements and your rights.
Updated 3 October 2026
Before services begin
These terms explain how Early Care Solutions arranges services. Before your first booking, we agree the services, rates, payment responsibilities, cancellation conditions and any notice period with you in a written service agreement or accepted quote. Sending a referral does not confirm a booking.
Your individual agreement records the details for your circumstances. Visiting this website does not, by itself, create a service contract.
Services and suitability
We discuss your goals, preferences, support needs and any relevant safety considerations before accepting work. Services depend on availability and the skills needed for the task. We explain the scope and any limits before you agree; our services do not replace emergency or medical care.
Prices and additional costs
Rates and estimated costs are provided before services begin. Any GST that legally applies is identified in the quote or invoice. Travel, materials, non-face-to-face work and other additional charges must be explained and agreed in advance, and must be permitted by applicable funding rules.
Changes to agreed services or prices are discussed with you before taking effect. We do not apply new charges retrospectively.
Payment: 14 days
Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. Use the payment details shown on your invoice. Invoices identify the services supplied, dates and charges.
For plan-managed services, we send invoices to your nominated plan manager with your authority. Self-managed participants and private clients receive their invoices directly, unless otherwise agreed. Please tell us promptly if an invoice is incorrect or payment may be delayed so we can discuss a solution.
NDIS-funded services
Early Care Solutions is an unregistered NDIS provider. NDIS-funded services are available to eligible self-managed and plan-managed participants for supports that can lawfully be supplied by an unregistered provider. We cannot supply supports that require registration.
Before booking, we discuss whether the proposed support is suitable for your funding arrangements. Applicable NDIS price limits and claiming conditions are followed. NDIS funding does not mean every service, additional cost or cancellation is claimable.
A rejected funding claim does not automatically make you personally liable. Any privately payable service or cost must be explained and agreed with you beforehand; payment disputes are reviewed with you and, with your permission, your plan manager.
Cancellations and changes
Our cancellation policy explains notice, potential charges and exceptions. Any charge must be explained and agreed before the booking. Different terms in a written agreement must be clearly discussed and comply with applicable law and NDIS rules.
Overdue or disputed invoices
Contact us if you disagree with a charge. We review the invoice, explain the outcome and correct errors. Please pay any undisputed amount by the agreed due date. We do not impose an automatic late-payment penalty under these website terms.
Where payment remains unresolved, we discuss options and give reasonable written notice before changing or pausing future services, taking account of safety and continuity of support.
Ending or changing services
You can ask to change or end services. Any agreed notice period is recorded in your service agreement. We discuss outstanding bookings, permitted cancellation charges and any unpaid services already delivered. We support a safe transition and share information with a new provider only with your consent or where law permits or requires it.
Quality, refunds and consumer rights
Australian Consumer Law rights and guarantees apply where relevant, including services provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a service is not delivered as agreed, contact us so we can assess an appropriate remedy, including a correction, repeat service or refund where required.
Privacy, concerns and safety
Read our privacy policy and participant rights. You can make a complaint without fear of disadvantage or retaliation through our complaints page or an external body.
Website use and updates
Use this website lawfully. Do not submit harmful material, interfere with its operation or access restricted areas without authority. Website information is general; contact us to confirm availability and suitability. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Website content may be updated. Updates do not automatically alter an existing service agreement. Queensland law applies, subject to applicable Australian law and your statutory rights.
