Participant rights
Your choices, privacy, safety and voice matter when receiving support.
Updated 3 October 2026
Respect and choice
You have the right to be treated with dignity, without discrimination, and to make informed choices about your support. We listen to your goals, culture, identity, communication preferences and the people you want involved. You can ask questions, decline a proposed service and seek another provider.
Clear and accessible information
You can ask for an explanation of prices, agreements, cancellation terms and services in a format you can understand. Contact us to discuss communication assistance, an interpreter or a support person. Any associated arrangements or costs are explained before you agree.
Privacy and consent
We respect your privacy and explain why information is needed. We involve family members, representatives or other professionals with your consent or lawful authority. You can request access to, or correction of, your personal information through our privacy policy.
Safe and competent support
You have the right to safe support delivered within the worker’s skills and role, free from abuse, neglect, exploitation and sexual misconduct. Tell us about a safety concern as soon as you can. We address concerns and involve appropriate authorities where required. Call 000 if there is an immediate danger or emergency.
Advocacy and complaints
You may involve a trusted person or independent advocate and make a complaint without retaliation or loss of fair access to services. You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission directly; you do not need our permission. See our feedback and complaints page.
Our NDIS responsibilities
The NDIS Code of Conduct applies to registered and unregistered NDIS providers and workers. Early Care Solutions is unregistered and does not represent itself as an NDIS-registered provider. Your individual service agreement explains the supports, costs and responsibilities agreed with you.
