Individuals and families
Support at home and in the community, with practical guidance that considers the person and the people around them.
Care. Connection. Inclusion.
We bring personal experience and professional knowledge together, with practical support for people, families and early childhood teams.
Our goal is for every person to feel recognised for who they are, beyond a condition, disability or label. We support people to build independence in ways that matter to them, work towards their own goals and feel valued in everyday life.
For childcare services and early childhood settings, our goal is inclusion that works in practice. We help educators feel equipped to support children with additional needs and work alongside families, so children can belong, participate and learn.
We listen to the person, child and family, build on their strengths and work together to reduce barriers. Support should help people make choices and feel heard.
Your strengths, preferences and goals guide our conversations.
Families, educators and support teams bring valuable knowledge.
Strategies should work in real routines and environments.
The purpose behind Early Care Solutions
Early Care Solutions is shaped by experience in early childhood, additional needs and working alongside families, together with the personal experience of parenting a son with a rare, complex condition.
That experience brings an understanding of the challenges families can face when navigating support, advocating for their children and balancing everyday life. It also reinforces a belief at the heart of the company: every person deserves to be seen for who they are, with their own strengths, interests and goals, beyond a diagnosis or disability.
Our purpose is to help people build independence, have a voice in their support and feel valued in their community. For childcare services and early childhood settings, it means helping educators feel equipped to include and support each child, while working alongside their family.
We want our work to make a meaningful difference in everyday life. That starts with listening, building trust and shaping practical support around the person and the people who matter to them.
What we do
Our services connect around a shared purpose: helping people participate in everyday life.
Support at home and in the community, with practical guidance that considers the person and the people around them.
Family-centred keyworker support, professional learning and on-site inclusion guidance for early childhood settings.
Cleaning and gardening support to help make the household more manageable.
Working together
We listen to your priorities and ask about the support you are looking for, rather than expecting you to arrive with every answer.
We talk about availability, the service involved and the information needed before arranging support.
Your experience matters. You can ask questions, share concerns and tell us when something needs to change.
Start with the basics. We can work through the next step together.
